Nothing much to say about this one. Same formula as the other books in the series, although some parts felt off, much like the Flower friendships themselves. I'm still mostly just glad this series exists to expose children to diverse human beings, like the ones they will encounter every single day of their lives. (Also, best Doctor Who references I've ever seen. Let's talk about exposing kids to awesome things...) The girls are back! This time they are dealing with the addition of a new girl to class. The Evil Queens seem intent on adding her to their clique. But not all the members of the Flower Girls want to rescue the new girl. Katie-Rose is getting crankier by the day. Milla is distracted by a boy. Yasamin is feeling increasingly left out. Can the girls come together and save their friendship?Good entry in the Flower Power series. Not going to change anyone‘s life, but still enjoyable. Laurn Myracle demonstrates her remarkable ear for the voices of girls. Characters are not perfect role models, but rather real with their insecurities and sometimes bad choices.
Another great, sunshine-happy, squeal-worthy, bubbly and upbeat book by Lauren Myracle!
