Interesting theory and somewhat incorporating it into feeding baby number 3, but a seriously painful book to read. It could have easily just been a magazine article for all of the actual content ..... So much repetition and too many stories (that we're pretty much all exactly the same with the names changed). Also, I was bothered by the lack of citing sources or any actual data. It seemed to be an opinion based on what worked for a bunch of people, and carved into a prescriptive method.Lastly, I couldn't help but notice most of the "my kid is such an awesome eater" stories were using BLW for kid number 2 or 3. My kid number 2 is a far better eater as far as variety than my oldest, and he ate far more purées than she did. I think much of it has to do with personality and birth order, not the method of introducing solids. One Line: Instead of starting your baby on a bland rice puff diet, present them with food and let them play with the food and learn to eat by watching you eat.The rest of the book? Just rehashing the same thing over and over again. Sometimes I felt like it was a Doctor Seuss book with the endless repetition. In front of your baby put thema nice broccoli stemmaybe feed a yam,But not too much hamwham cram thank you ma'msam i am
Finally a book after my own philosophy!!! Parenting should be fun.Not well written though.

I liked the idea, but was already familiar with it so just skimmed for the main tips.

Great method and info, but poorly edited. Repetitive.
