I’m so pissed off I could scream. Of course, I can’t because I’m at work. I’m out with Victoria. Her whining is driving me crazy. Every time she doesn’t get her way, this grown ass woman pulls out the baby talk. “Yeah, sorry, babe. Something came up.” That something is walking free out there in the city with Lil. Who knows who this guy is, let alone what he’s up to. “I’ll miss you,” she coos, and it’s like nails on a chalkboard, yet she thinks she’s being seductive or some shit. The second she slips her arms around me, I want to recoil. Instead, I smile and place a soft kiss on her pasty cheek. Good thing she wears so much makeup, I don’t even know what her face feels like. I stow my cell in my inside pocket and head down to the elevator lift. Victoria has one of those trendy warehouse lofts where everything in the place is visible from anywhere. So, if you’re in the bed, you can see the kitchen, as well as someone taking a dump in the toilet. I try not to move around too much when I’m there and avoid that bed of hers like the fucking plague.
