Don’t Lose Your Mind, Lose Your Weight (2009) - Plot & Excerpts
The title was what attracted me to buy this book. I wasn't aware of so many things which were actually correct from my incorrect list. This book helped me to understand the importance of food, well, good food. It creates a self-awareness and respect towards one’s body. The confusion about dieting has been totally eradicated post reading this book. If you are a person who likes to stay in a toned temple I am sorry "body" then go for this book! Rujuta Diwekar, talks about food, fitness, weight, health queries, diet plans . . . whatever!!! You are not a dietitian, nutritionist, fitness trainer and whatever people might call you. My sense says you are lifestyle evangelist and a custodian of a happy body (read stomach). What you have written in this book is no rocket science but the reasons why one should not abuse his/her body but respect it much more than it requires and see how life becomes happy. Lady you rock!!!!!!! RESPECT
