My eyes were narrowed and I knew there would be a hint of red in them. My lips were a thin line and my fangs were burning from the urge to sink them into something. Or, better yet, someone. Hate welled inside of me like a deadly sea threatening to throw me over the edge and blinding my mind with its ugly tentacles. I barely managed to keep myself under control, and that shook me more than I was ready to admit.
