He says the sea is polluted with filthy Continental effluent and what good is a beach without any deckchairs.’ ‘We did hear him mention this morning that he would have preferred a holiday in Bournemouth. Is that where you usually go?’ ‘We went once, on our honeymoon.’ ‘Don’t tell me you haven’t had a holiday since your honeymoon?’ Corrie tried to keep the incredulity out of her voice.
