Veronica Harris-Kessel was no longer in love with her dear husband. She had also decided she didn’t want to pay out the increase in his alimony if they hit their 10 year anniversary. Per their prenuptial agreement, the only way Veronica can avoid the pay out is if she can prove infidelity. What makes this story so fascinating is that the infidelity only has to be proved on Mr. Jack Kessel. According to Jamie, Veronica Harris-Kessel had been very forthcoming that she has a lover. There is nothing in the prenuptial agreement that states that Jack Kessel has any grounds to collect based on Veronica’s unfaithfulness.
