Nom Nom Paleo: Food For Humans (2013) - Plot & Excerpts
I really love the Nom Nom Paleo blog, so I was hoping this book would be exactly like the blog. It was and it wasn't. The book was nice, in that it included a lot of photos, which is part of why I like the blog, (and why I gave it 2 stars instead of just 1), but I just wasn't impressed with the recipes. I didn't find a single thing I wanted to make, and this is rare for me.So, I will continue to check out her blog, but the book was nothing to talk about. This is my favorite Paleo cookbook so far. I am just beginning this diet out of necessity with a recent diagnosis of celiac and multiple food intolerances. The recipes in this book are simple to make, don't require a lot of unusual ingredients, but the results are absolutely fantastic! Accessible recipes for every day and a few for company as well, all accompanied by beautiful photos and an unusual style that makes you feel right at home.

Fun read. The author had a sense of humor and I thought she explained things very well.
