Rory asked after she put the phone to her ear. Spencer cuddled her closer on the couch and she mouthed excitedly, “It’s him!” She pressed a button. “I’m putting you on speaker.”“Hey guys, Happy Thanksgiving!” Brice’s rich baritone voice filled the room.“To you too, Brice,” Spencer chimed in.“Is Devin there with you?” Rory asked.“He’s fast asleep in the chair next to me. Tuckered out from cooking all day long. Our guests left about an hour ago.”“We had Thanksgiving here.
