Spider-Men (2012) - Plot & Excerpts

It's your usual Spider-Man team up except this time he goes to an alternative dimension we're more familiar with. It's the Ultimate universe where their Peter Parker has died and the title of Spider-Man is taken up by Miles Morales.It's the softer side of the Ultimate universe and Peter, Gwen, and Aunt May get some closure. It's a very sweet story. Also, the art is polished but not too over the top or stylized. Bendis giving us the first 616/Ultimate crossover, which mostly fails to disappoint. My only gripe is that it seemed a little too short, and it also kind of ruins the wonderful characterization that Dan Slott gave Mysterio during Ends of the Earth to the point where it seemed like those were two very different characters. Pichelli does provides great visuals as always. There's a hint at a possible sequel to the series, but now with the whole Cataclysm thing going on in the Ultimate books, it'll probably end up being something really different. If you're reading this in the future and I'm wrong, well then I guess this is embarrassing.
