I was silent and made of stone, flip flopping between wanting to scream, throw up, or come to blows with the starlet that got away. A starlet that sat grinning and bubbly through the remainder of the ceremony. Who claimed that my husband had been in contact with her. Megan made a beeline for me as soon as the host hit the wings. She hurled a glare at Rachel and leaned in so I could hear her over the chatter and music.
