The Oh She Glows Cookbook: Over 100 Vegan Recipes To Glow From The Inside Out (2014) - Plot & Excerpts
By far the best cookbook I've ever come across! Never before have I had a cookbook where EVERY SINGLE recipe I try is super tasty! I make monthly meal planners for my family, and combine recipes from lots of different sources. There are always one or a handful recipes that don't turn out very good, when it becomes quiet around the table and we decide "well, let's not make this recipe ever again...". But the recipes from this book (we've tried perhaps 20-30 of them so far) always turn out a success! This book is a must have for everyone who enjoys to cook, whether you're vegan or not (they're so delicious you will never miss the meat). Both her blog and her book are a must read! What I really like about the book is the fact she gives allergy-free options for gluten, soy, nuts etc. The book has 10 food categories, which is a lot... I guess that's the reason why I wish there were more lunch and dinner recipes included, a dozen doesn't seem much if you search for a specific category. Love the staple food recipes though! Maybe good to know: many of her recipes can be found on her blog. (the same or slightly changed)
