Having read the first two books in the series I was excited to read the next one. It didn't let me know. The characters were a great continuation from the first with more development. I really enjoy this series set on Lake Erie. The book could be read without reading the first two, but I recommend reading them first as they do build on each other. The concept if a village centered around various crafts in exciting. I will be passing this along to other readers I know with my recommendations.I was given this book in exchange for an honest review. This series is getting better as it goes along. I felt the story & characters flowed much better in this book than in the previous books. I enjoyed the interaction between the characters and how the friendships are growing. But once again, Willow's yard becomes a crime scene. More about Opal & Haylee's past is revealed. Several times I had to laugh at the situations or events that were happening. Great story, looking forward to the next book.
an enjoyable read. kept me guessing right to the end.
