It was large, at least 3700 acres, had a private airstrip, a marina, wells, several dozen fully furnished and equipped cottages, generators, solar electricity, medium sized mountains and waterfalls, lakes, fresh water wells and reserve tanks, fruit trees galore, and beautiful white beaches.
