So I started watching season 1 of Cedar Cove and just fell in love with the town. Since Debbie Macomber WROTE the series the tv show is based on, I decided to fall in love with the town for real, instead of the tv interpretation. Love the show, and the book is even better! A much faster pace for Justine and Seth, a much more meaningful recover for Cecilia and Ian, and still the charming little Puget Sound town. My only complaint? It went way to quickly for my liking! Sometimes one needs to indulge themselves in a few hundred pages of pure fluffy reading and Debbie Macomber offers a plethora of novels to satisfy that need. One of the reasons I enjoy Miss Macomber's novels, is because her stories usually include several different story lines and characters, keeping the book interesting and moving at a fast pace. I enjoyed every one of these story lines and appreciated that the author didn't need to wrap every story in a pretty bow. This was a very quick and enjoyable read. Read with chocolate.
Easy read. Doesn't take much thought, but then not much to the book. Great summer read.

The story line was good but I was very disappointed at the amount of cursing in the book.
