Wow!After i finished the last page, i took a deep breath and said "Now i have to re-think my whole life deeply and start making crucial decisions"The part of accepting your weaknesses, set me free. Resisting your weaknesses and not accepting them is an exhaustive process, requires much effort and you are always in an inner fight with yourself. When he talked about perfectionism and flexibility i was happy, as they were two major problems i had.A life-time book.I enjoyed every chapter.I hope to stick to it, and put it into action. Worth reading. This was meant for business people but I got a lot out of it. It is readable with short chapters you can put down. Step 2 on the 18 minutes thing is not something conducive to teaching but there were big parts that really fit: find your focusMaster distractionsDon't hold on to things that aren't workingThe three day ruleNow ............I just need to focus and remember what I read!
I saw him speak at AASL in the fall. I find his ideas compelling and helpful.
