Gabriella Pierce did an amazing job on her first novel! I don't want to be a spoiler or give anything away, and I feel if I really said anything one thing would lead to another and then another and I wouldn't be able to shut up. From the beginning of the book right to the very end you are always left wondering, so you just have to flip another page. I feel that the end has some loose ends that should have been tied up...which made me wonder if there is a second or maybe will be? I would recommend this book to anyone though. A great witchy classic:) I picked this up because I was really enjoying the TV series by the same name. The series were dropped by the channel and I was really disappointed to not learn of the ending.... WHAT WAS IN THAT BOX?!!! Hence I picked this book up...The beautifully illustrated cover also made me even more hopeful.The book is nothing like the series - which was very mysterious and dark - It mostly felt like it was written for a 12 to 14 year old but the explicit sex scenes makes me think that is not the preferred age group.
