This book...just...blegh. I wanted to like this book, really I did, but it felt really one-dimensional. It felt like every time the characters tried to take a step forward in their relationship, or encountered some sort of road block, they automatically went back to the same internal issues from their past. Trying to think of more than once example of that for the purpose of this review I'm even finding difficult because I can't remember specifics of the book and I finished it yesterday. That's how big of an impression this book made on me. The only redeeming quality of this book was Chance. Even when I wanted to smack him, I enjoyed his character.
