The Callahan Carol was a wonderful book it shows all the family pitching in together to decorate for the town and there family. There father Branch has a fit he has given up on hope of ever seeing his son John alive. When the family looses hope that Branch will servive someone comes to help take care of Branch. The mircles in that family and the love they all share for each other brings the holiday spirit back to life. I was so thrilled to read the next chapter in there lives. Emily March hooks me in every time love reading it With Christmas right around the corner, it was a double delight to read this novella that connects Brazos Bend with the Eternity Springs series. Feisty Branch Callahan has given up on Christmas and has no joy or faith, but his sons and their families are determined to keep a tradition going despite the anger they know it will cause. When the unbelievable happens, faith and joy may be lost for all. With an unexpected blessing, and a few prayers for a Christmas miracle, the Callahan family pulls together to weather a storm that brings this story full circle.
