This is the first book I read by Ruth Ann Nordin. I stopped reading it at chapter 4 because it didn't keep my interest & I found it kind of boring. The reason why I gave it 2 stars because I believe it could have been a good romance book without the time travel stuff. I am happy i was free because its not worth paying for. I am not sure I would read more books by this author because it seem like she likes to write historical romances & I don't like those. I liked this story. It was short, but lovely. It had an intense end that surprised me. I felt I was exposed to too much in the second to last chapter. I blushed. Also, the end cut off. It was too abrupt. It was still a story I enjoyed overall. Because of how short the story was and the lack of deep character building this story had, it's easy to detach from it and move on to another book. That doesn't mean I didn't like it. It was a nice story. It just wasn't deep.
Interesting little love story. I like paranormal, time travel and this one didn't disappoint me.
