A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To Heaven: (Or, How I Made Peace With The Paranormal And Stigmatized Zealots And Cynics In The Process) (2013) - Plot & Excerpts
was looking forward to reading this book for awhile. Corey poses the same question that i have struggled with, that how can you believe in ghosts and the paranormal, but not believe in an afterlife?...so it was really interesting reading about all his different theories...the only bad thing i will say about this book is that he tends to go off on tangents a bit too much, and i wish he would've included maybe 2 more of his ghost stories, but it's CT and i love him so I'll give him a pass ❤ I didn't know what to expect when I started the is book. I'll tell you this, what I thought and what I got were very different things. Ok, so it starts out pretty much saying that this will be a book about ghosts and spooks and Corey's own experiences with these things. But wow does he go into depth with his ideas on the subject. Bringing science and religion and tackling and asking all the questions burn at any of us who've remotely questioned the garbage that's fed to us everyday. Great read for anyone who's interested in thinking outside the box
