Ok well this one was a bit bizarre for me. The first half started out awesome! I loved it. It seemed like could have been the precursor to FSoG and B2U. It was mysterious, erotic and so good. I couldn't wait to keep reading. But then somewhere around the 1/2 to 3/4 way mark it got bizarre! I mean, weird! I was rolling my eyes and literally saying "What the f**k?". And "What the hell just happened there?!". It seemed like the book just split into a different personality and turned into a completely different book. It was weird. It seemed a bit fake and they were making speeches about how dominant each other was. I was just plain weird. Arianne cannot find a job. When she sees an employment ad in the paper advertising for a woman for sex, she applies and is hired. Derek is tired of women chasing him for his money. He just wants sex with no complications. Things change though the further they get into this employment/relationship. Both need to answer questions that will change their relationship. I enjoyed this. I expected a lot of sex and nothing more. There is a lot of sex but it is used to show the change of dynamics in the relationship. I liked how they danced around the question of whether the relationship was going to remain as employment or deepen into something more. It was interesting to see how they changed and, therefore, the relationship had to change. A deeper book than I expected. Well worth the read.
Would have given it 5 stars if the ending/epilogue was longer, it was ended far too quick.
