I wan this book in a goodreads giveaway. I was hoping to enjoy this book, as I tend to like paranormal romance series and are always looking for a new author. I actually like the main characters and thought that story had potential. however i don't think this was successful as a stand alone book.In my opinion, what makes a series successfull is that each story is stand alone, you might be introduced to a few characters that peak your interest in the rest of the series, but the main focus should be the main couple. I think this is where this story failed, there were way too many characters introduced, too many different stories introduced. But there wasn't much depth to any of them, so i don't really have a desire to read the rest of the series. First- I like the world that this series creates. I was sucked in from book one. But this book? I don't know, it was far from my favorite. Not because I didn't like Keiran- he was a great guy. But I just wasn't impressed with Melisande. I don't know what it was about her, but I didn't care for her- even after learning about her past. I will read the next story though. Because I think there's a lot left in this world of hot, Feral men. I'm kind of curious about Castin now!
What do You think about A Love Untamed (2012)?
Took me a little to get into it, but once I did I finished it in two days.
