I'm so disappointed with this book! The book is boring, the characters are flat and unbelievable. Jackson didn't convince as being an ex FBI agent and the governor looked like a cartoon villain. The whole stalker part in the book is childish, there's no tension, no building anticipation. You can see that it's just a "decoration", an after thought. If all this was compensated by a really good romance part I wouldn't have disliked so much. Unfortunately is not what we have here. There's too many unnecessary (and repetitive)sex scenes, so many that there's no space to build a relationship outside the bed. I tried to like this book I really did, but the true is I just want it to end. Brace yourself for A Night of Southern Comfort by Robin CovingtonWhat if your one night stand shows back up?Allk Jackson wants is his job back and the governor hires him to protect his daughter he thinks it's ready to happen.Michaela wants to get out from under her father's control and live her own life but someone is stalking her. They are both surprised to see each other again after they shared an amazing night of passion. They try to fight their attraction to each other as they search for the stalker but there is a huge secret looming between them.I cannot say enough good things about this s story. It is very who written and Jackson and Michaels are very like-able characters. There are plenty of steamy sexy love scenes without being trashy and a nice little twist at the end. I encourage everyone to read this book.

Kayla and Jack were a sweet story. Simple, steamy, a little drama.
