A chance to start fresh in a new town called Harmony.Harmon Ely has put the word out that he needs good men to help build his town. Eventually, Patrick McAllen runs away with his new wife Annie and quickly followed by his brother Shelly. And Clint Truman struggles to put the past behind him and learn to open his life and heart to his new wife Karrisa. While Gillian Matheson races towards the unknown, fearing his beloved wife, Daisy, is dying.Slowly, the town population grows, and families are formed.Really sweet and fun. Fast paced. 4/5; 4 stars; A-Having read every book in the Harmony series, it was a real treat to read about the families who founded the town. Each founding family, the Trumans, the McAllens, the Mathesons, and Harmon Ely himself, have a poignant and unique history to reveal. From Momma Roma to the Wrights, the extra characters who helped found the town added some spice. I would recommend reading this book if you are a fan of the series. If you are just starting to read about Harmony, you might still want to read the first few books in the series before this one. I think it would make it more enjoyable.

Love the prequel as to how the town Harmony started....but I love westerns.
