Loved the concept that... that two people could have been that crazy about each other for so long and not have known it. I would have liked more intrigue between the next sex scene, but what was there in between is enough for me to want to check out the next books in the series.Critiques: The magician career of the twins seemed kind of awkwardly placed which for me at least broke from some of the believably of the story. The progression from low confidence to sexual dominant seemed to come out of nowhere in less than a week. This book could have added more as far as the transition to the climax and resolution of the book. Lucy has been in love with Rhys since forever, but it's his twin brother Max who has always comforted her. All three have stayed close since they were kids, but over the last couple of years she's felt Rhys pulling back, so it's no surprise that only Max shows up in town for her birthday. What is a surprise is what she asks him to do."You mean the kind of mutual passion that leads to love and lifelong happiness and is about as real as unicorns and flying dragons."Max would do anything for Lucy, but what she asks of him this time may be a little too much even for him. But he could possibly turn this need of hers into a way to payback his brother for wronging him all those years ago and depriving him of the one thing he wanted...Lucy."Mind-blowing, can't-live-without-it, I'll-never-look-at-another-woman-for-fear-you-won't-give-it-to-me-again sex."Rhys has always wanted Lucy, but knew he couldn't give her the lifestyle she wanted and so he took the high road and stayed away. That is until Max called and said she was having a problem. What he didn't know was there wasn't technically a problem, only a promise his brother had made to Lucy that he fully intended Rhys to fulfill."Do you know how long I've wanted to turn you on?"When Lucy wakes up in the arms of Rhys, instead of Max like she'd expected to, she feels incredible and humiliated at the same time. She had fantasized that it had been Rhys, but to wake up and discover it had actually been him...now that was interesting. I loved how he fought against his automatic reaction, anger, and forced himself to look at the positive - that he was finally able to be with the woman he loved like he'd wanted to be for years.This is a great story. I loved it! I just hated how it ended. I would like to have read more between the last chapter and the epilogue.
