loved the humor! I have to say it got a little more bland as we got closer and closer to modern day. being a bookworm, (obviously) I liked the parts from books and myths the best. such as, the Trojan war parts, Dante 's Inferno, The Catcher in the Rye and the Great Gatsby. I think one of the reasons why it got more bland towards the end is because there are more hard facts. Overstreet doesn't have as much elbow room to make jokes and puns, or even for puns that we haven't heard yet. overall, it's a good easy read great for a relaxing afternoon. Funny parody of Facebook, as if a myriad of history's characters had accounts on Facebook, & we were following their postings on our wall.from Creation to Armageddon, it's all here, with Punic Wars, rise & fall of Roman Empire, discovery & exploition of the Americas & so much more. . . What was Benedict Arnold REALLY thinking?How about Russian Empress Catherine & her special bed, custom-made to accommodate 1,000+ of her lovers at once?It's all in here & more -- most amusing - a great bathroom reader &/or bus stop time passerIt was a bonus pleasure to be looking at pre-timeline-era Facebook style/look!
