Adrian Ivashkov. He was the reason I have loved vampire academy. I was part of the minority who was team Adrian all the way. How can you just not love him? He always had something witty to say. He camouflages himself by being arrogant and an ass, but we know he's all sweet deep inside. This lost chapter is a tiny peak back into Adrian's life again. I am reminded how much I used to go gaga over him when I was reading the Vampire Academy series.Note: I have not read the Bloodlines series, and will only begin reading when all six books are out. I have experienced first hand that Richelle Mead's cliffhangers can be pretty brutal, and waiting til 2015 might just give me a heart attack. It was nice seeing inside Adrian's head and seeing a whole new side of him that isn't the flippant playboy for once. It didn't add much to the story, true, but then, it is a lost chapter for a reason. For the people tearing this short chapter apart, it was discarded for a reason. It was probably never reviewed or looked over and edited as the final product would have been. It's not going to be perfect, it wasn't even supposed to be released. So deal with it.
