3.5! (liked the 3.75 from Mandy*reads obsessively* thou.. Too cute!)I enjoyed this. Slightly different than the normal(chameleons!). No mention of extended lifespans or biting for mating.. perhaps something to discover further down the road?The ending seemed a bit abrupt though. Good lead in to the next book but for this couple there seemed a lot of unanswered for me. Again, hopefully more closer as we get further into the storyline. Very nicely done for a first instalment. The book has a great main story and the characters seem to be incredibly interesting. I'm only sorry it wasn't more developed, it seemed to end rather abruptly. The romance also seemed fast and sudden. I expected maybe a little more difficulty. The abrupt change between sceneries was also a little unsettling and somewhat disturbed the rhythm of the book. Very interesting and enjoyable though.
Interesting concept, but it has the typical Carol Lynne insta-love.
