I usually don't give a reviews for book I don't like, but honestly both the guys and the women in this book really made me mad. There are two couple and in both the case the only thing that seemed to be the reason they love each others was sex. both story could have more potential but really I struggled to reach the book end.The women really whine a lot. The men are too bossy (I thought the books were written in the 80s).Honestly there are still women who still allow men to push them around like that?In the Alaska one the guy made her leave her job, knowing that she won't be able to find one because her "FORGOT" to mention he lived in a just 50 people town?! Also the Russian guy was so pushy I thought he was going to rape her - or try for the most of the book!Sorry. Not my kind of book or romance. And I read a lot of "chick book" Easy, escapism, predictable but entertaining when you just can't read anything requiring thought and concentration. In "Groom Wanted" a female business executive marries her companies foreign scientist so that he can stay in the country. After issues of trust are resolved love follows - of course. In "Bride Wanted" a man from Alaska spends three weeks in Seattle hoping to find a wife by purchasing billboard advertisement. He meets a woman who thinks that's the stupidest idea she's ever heard.
Really liked the stories. Pushed the boundaries of TMI.
