In this final book we have what we think are calming waters. Brandon and Spencer are getting married and. all is going well. Well that is until Blake come to town. I must say in this book Spencer did irritate me sometimes. Her overreaction to the Wednesday poker games where Brandon drank too much and she called him a drunk a little over the top there girl. I love Blake . He is the black sheep of the family trying to find its way. when he causes some major disruption he does learn to settle down and focus but still he was the best comic relief. The tragedy in this story was the wonderful Acyn. He was such a sweet guy and to see that happen was disheartening. Did not deserve that. This is the story of brandon and Spencer’s married life really. As they got married and the beginnings of it. We see how everyone around them is doing and having children and how they want one to. We see how Blake changes and begins to mature. We see a love that just expands each day as Brandon and spencer still discover the power of their love. A wonderfully sexy and fun read that will have you smile when you see the love Brandon has for Spencer and how their lives play out such a sweet story & great ending, BUTmy only complaint is this: we really get to know some of the other characters, and I feel like we're left with too much hanging - will we get Ryan's story later? Because it doesn't feel like her story is over...And what about Blake? Or Stacy? I almost think they each need their own book. I was kind of hoping Spencer would introduce Stacy to Acyn if she came to visit, but now I see that won't be happening.. Was kind of an odd twist..
Poor writing, but Kimberly knight can write a hot sex scene!
