I love this series. When I want a dose of reality I turn on the news. When I want to laugh till I cry I pick up Madison Johns Senior Sleuth Series. Would the senior citizens I know do some of the things in her books, maybe not. Would they think about it, you bet. Not only was this book funny but it was a wonderful mystery that kept me guessing to the end. When I grow up I want to be one of her heroines. Agnes and Eleanor two senior sleuths. Agnes's granddaughter Sophia disappeared a year ago and now another young girl from a wealthy family is missing. Agnes who is seventy-two and her friend Eleanor who is in her eighties are determined to find the young girl Jennifer and hopefully it will lead to her granddaughter . This is a hilarious mystery I laughed till I cried Being a senior I certainly can relate to a lot of what they go through.
A real "light" read. Funny in places, but a lot of things just seemed to, well, out of place.

Okay. A bit amateurish. It was good for travel.

Funny, Agnes reminded me of Grandma Mazur.
