She was nearly to the point where she was going to trash it all and begin again when someone knocked on her door. It was the fourth time in the last hour that it had happened. And like before, Renie ignored it. Judith yelled at her through the door. “I will break this down if you don’t let me in. I’m sick to death of worrying about you. Open the fucking door right now, Renie, or so help me, I will come in one way or another.” Renie started to stand and tell her, again, to go away, but her foot had fallen asleep and she couldn’t make it work. So instead of yelling back, which she was sick of doing too, she let Judith steam on the other side. But instead of breaking down the door as she had threatened, Judith used her magic, something that the woman just oozed with, and came in. “I should be out of here in a few days. I think I have it all figured out about your accounts. Thanks for giving me the information on the other—”
