She really wanted that shower badly, and just like she had thought, the water made her feel much better. It had been a blazing hot day out there, and as she stood under the shower, there were a million and one things running through her mind. Her business was supposed to be the foremost, but since everything seemed to be going so well for her, something else occupied her mind, Earl. She had been living with him for two weeks now, and she could not deny it, the guy had all of the qualities that she had ever admired in a man. He treated her with respect, and none of them had ever mentioned what had happened in her room the first night, although she knew that they would have to talk about it at some point. Earl in the meantime was very helpful in helping her set up contracts with farmers around and getting her around the place. Those moments that she had to sit beside him and not be able to say a thing about what she felt for him were her hardest moments. At times she felt like reliving the kisses that they had shared when they were drunk, but Earl acted so indifferent, it was hard to even think how she would begin.
