Jonathan Miles, president of Miles and Associates, knocked on Patrick’s window. Patrick waved his boss in enthusiastically then stood as he entered. Jonathan Miles was a short man, mid-60’s, with thick gray hair and a plump belly. He was a friendly man, a fair boss, and all-business. Patrick liked him.“How you feeling?” Miles asked.“Good. Real good,” Patrick said.Miles shook Patrick’s hand and patted his shoulder. “My man.
