كتاب جيد ويشرح كل شي يتعلق بزيادة الوزن او خسارة الوزن بشكل علمي وسهل عديت الجزء الي يتعلق بجداول التمارين والاكل لانه ما يهمني حالياالي ما أعجبني ان الكتاب يتكلم كانه كل شي قريناه وعرفناه خطأ والواقع اني اتعلمت منه اشياء جديدة لكن كل الي كنت اعرفه اتفق معاه الكتاب انصح بالكتاب لاي شخص يفكر يبني عضلات خصوصا او يفكر ينحف ويبني عضلات لان لاكتاب يجمع كل المعلومات الي تحتاجها بمكان واحد Bigger Leaner stronger by Michael Matthews is a fitness book that focuses on the proper methods to become lean. When people go to the gym they tend to stay for hours expecting stunning results, but Michael Matthews revealed the true path to become lean. I know exactly what you’re thinking. You’re probably thinking, well how am I supposed to become lean without spending hours in the gym? Well that’s the most common mistake made today. You don’t need to spend 3 to 4 hours in the gym to achieve your dream body. Nor do you need steroids or anything else you see in magazines. Michael Matthews reveals in Bigger Leaner Stronger that a good 45-60 intense minutes in the gym will give you that dream body. That’s not all Michael Matthews tells us, but for you to figure out how to become lean you’ll have to read Bigger Leaner stronger. Overall the book was great and there wasn’t much to not like about Bigger Leaner Stronger. You could tell Michael Mathews was passionate about what he was talking about, and that he actually lived what he preached. But in every book there’s a flaw right? Michael Matthews only flaw in Bigger Leaner stronger, was that some of his exercises I have never heard of, or if I did the name was more complex. For example, I have never heard of a “Romanian dead lift” and maybe others have. But for me I just called everything, “lifting weights”. I know it sounds a little silly but that’s how I thought but now I learned how to be more specific with certain exercise. So, you could say that flaw is helpful, because it helped expand my knowledge. On a 5 star scale rating, I would give Bigger Leaner stronger a 4.9 overall rating. The only reason I didn’t give the book a 5 star rating. Simply because of the flaw I mentioned before, however more than likely if you read the book, your rating will be a 5 star review. I encourage everyone to read this book, especially if you want to become lean now or in the future.
