I read this story in part because I read a review ranting about it and I wanted to see what got him so upset.And I guess my expectations were lowered enough that I didn't think it was too bad. Not really a nice book, but essentially a PWP book version with lots of sex and little realism, no romance. But the sex wasn't bad and it was more believable than other stories I have read in this genre, on porn sites... some lubrication, some mutual pleasure. It is a classic fantasy that has been done many times before - man is enslaved and learns to enjoy being a slave, but it wasn't a bad telling of that story, not very complicated either, but not bad. wow, intense, hot cruel sad just some of the words I would use with this book.I knew it would be intense but I just didnt realize how much it got to me. Its the story of Danny who breaks down on a remote part of the highway.He is picked up only to be kidnapped and taken to a remote hotel. Here danny learns he is to become a sex slave to the motel owner and his nasty band of sadists. He is branded number 10 and so begins his initiation and torment on the rules of being a slave. This book really had me from the start. Gosh I felt Dannys pain, Im sure I even felt the brand being burnt into his ass. ( hurt like hell too, w* )You really feel the emotions of pain , humilation , terror and sadness danny goes through , Thoroully well written.Takes you to a place you may find uncomftable but it has that ability which you want in a book to actually take you to that zone. Worth a read absolutly. I will read this again . If you like a book which contains a storyline that will make you squirm a little, but keep you on the end of your seat and make you feel something,,, this is for you....
