3.5 stars. Don't get me wrong, I liked this book, but there was just something about it that didn't make me love it. I can't even tell ya what it is which really sucks. The only thing I can say may be the reason I didn't love the story is because I didn't really like Em (Everette). I thought she was just a strange character. One second she would be rough and tough and the next she'd be sorta whiny. I just couldn't seem to like her but didn't exactly hate her either. A slow mc read. Drey(vp president) was working as a mechanic when Em drove in to the garage with her car dying. Drey rescues her from her bad day and they become roommates.This story is slow to get into. The story is centered around the emotional connection between Drey and Em. Although there is a MC club involved I didn't feel it so much although you have every terminology that you would expect from A Mc book (cut prospect etc) I think overall it was the niceness and the emotional talking MC boys that I didn't care for. I never quite read another MC story where the guys talk together about their feelings so much. It was a good story I just need a more gritty MC story to be really good.
