The door was old and battered. Its black paint had chipped and peeled revealing the previous yellow colour; the yellow paint had also chipped revealing a coat of red paint. Eddie pressed the buzzer. “Please act professional, Rex. I want to give a good impression to the estate agent.” A tall man in his early thirties, dressed in yoga pants and a deep V-neck t-shirt, opened the door.
