Navy SEAL Sawyer Nolan never wanted to return to Dearling, Texas but when his father passed he had to return. In and out was Sawyer's plan, the memories surrounding the town and his father are too brittle and Sawyer doesn't want to reopen those wounds. That is until he walks into the diner owned by Natalie Bouchard. Sawyer had walked away from Natalie once and it looks like time has not tampered with the chemistry they once had. Sawyer wants Natalie, but Natalie isn't interested in being a fling. When Natalie decides she would rather have the memories, if even brief with Sawyer than nothing at all. If Sawyer can let go of the past, he may just have a future because there is no denying Natalie owns him heart and soul.Wonderful read, Sawyer was an intricate hero who felt abandoned in a sense by the town he grew up in. Natalie was spirited and I liked the fact that she calls out Sawyer when needed, she doesn't side step the issues she lays it out. Great book to sit down with on a rainy day. This was a really quick read for me :)Natalie lives in a small town that she has lived in all her life. She runs the local diner owned by her grandmother who is now in a rest home. She has a simple routine live where nothing much changes. That is until the day that Sawyer Nolan walks into her diner. Her high school romance who walked away from her to be a Navy SEAL. He is back in town to sort out his deceased father's farm and then he is moving on.Sawyer becomes a daily visitor to the diner and ends up staying longer than he first planned, he is finding a bit of a connection to the land and enjoys working on it. He is also enjoying seeing Natalie again. In the midst of a storm this couple end up alone together at Sawyers farm for several days and they completely give into their desire to each other but Natalie knows it is just a one off fling. Is Sawyer really ready to once again walk away from Natalie and his family farm or will he take a chance and think with his heart instead of his head?A really lovely romantic read
What do You think about Chance Of Rain (2013)?
I'm not so sure what to think about this. To be honest I skim read it, but it was alright.

It's short, it's hot and it's emotions packed. A great quick and satisfying read.
