Charlie Jackson never read a chapter book in his life, this book show you how. The genre is realistic fiction, because there are a lot of kids in the world who hate reading, just like me. So his book is easy to real late to. I think the book is great, it tell you great tips.My book take place at school, this is where Charlie come up with a plan to not read for his position paper.I think the time of year took around this 2013-14, the words and phases the used are what we used to day. Charlie wanted not to read any book. But his [position paper is due. Charlie will never end his never reading rule. So he go to his friend and ask him to read. For ten years Charlie friend (Timmy) had a deal he will to all Charlie reading and Charlie will buy him a ice-cream sandwich. now Timmy said no and told his parents what they been doing. Then Charlie make a plan to get Jake to read all this books.I was surprise when Timmy told that he did all Charlie reading for ten years. I said this because this been going on for along time, so why are you mad now. I was angry when Timmy was dating Hannah. Because he knew the Charlie was in love with her and he didn't even like her. he only date her to make Charlie mad.Why did Charlie needed Jake to date Hannah. I know that if he got Jake a girl friend he will do all his reading but why set him up with is love of his life. My favorite part was when Jake said that he did Charlie reading for the position paper, because it was funny they was at the dance and it just came up. He didn't even knew he just said that. I gave this book 5 stars, because this book was funny and it gave some good tips. This book would be good for anyone who hate to read and want a way to get out of it. Something that Charlie said that I like is, " Reading won't help you succeed in life."
