The blurb has said it all about the story. I really liked reading this. Too often, a second-chance story comes with a 15-mins talk and the MCs hit the sack, or dragged by having the MC pull away from his second chance. In this, Scott didn't accept Adam right away. Nor did Adam prolong the I-am-not-worthy-of-you attitude.Reading Adam's thoughts were sad, since he knew he screwed up good but didn't know how to fix it beyond what he had already done. I do love this series, it's like taking a mini vacation every time I read one. This was more like a 3 1/2 star for me. I love Scott and Adam, the premise was good but the resolution and acceptance was a little quick for me to wrap my brain around. Since the two of them were meeting again after 6 years I think I expected more of a love story from the beginning of their relationship than what I read, which would have made the second meeting more meaningful. A quick beach read that is very sweet with likable characters and an amazing setting that I could be packed and ready to head out to in a heartbeat!
What do You think about Chase The Sun (2013)?
3.5 starsI enjoyed it:)As with the other two stories in the series, the plot is entertaining.
