If you are looking for what most people call urban fantasy you will be disappointed with this collection. Not that there aren't some interesting stories inside, but many of them are not what I consider urban fantasy.I'll fess up to normally skipping stories by Harris, so I thought I would give her another try. Sigh, lets just say that I think when one character pops the head off another character, there should be some sort of emotional reaction other than "opps!". Just not my cup of tea. I had to borrow this book because I was only interest in the story by Patricia Briggs, featuring Warren and Kyle from the Mercy Thompson series. So this review is only about that story.I loved it, but at the same time I was left wanting more. Much More. The mystery part was really interesting and I liked, but I wish he would've gotten more of Warren and Kyle. We don't really learn anything more about their relationship, it was like I was reading the book from an outside character and not from Warren. But I'm still giving this four stars because I liked the mystery and the stolen moments between Warren and Kyle were so sweet. I hope some day Briggs decide to write a book about these two, like many m/f authors are doing.
