Although it was a fairly short read I did really enjoy this introduction into The Pack Rules series, which is impressive considering how quick of a read it was, well for me anyways.I liked both of the main characters and can't wait to see how there dynamic grows, Belle just seems so innocent yet I love her feistiness. By the end I was left searching for the release date of book number two which hopefully will be soon!My only complaint was that I wished it was a little longer, but if this series ends up half as good as the Broken Heart series I'll be happy. I really enjoyed this short snippet, but that is the rub with a serial book. You are just getting into it and its over.I don't generally buy serials but Michele Bardsley is a favourite author and I trust her to deliver a good story and she doesn't disappoint.Arabelle is the oldest female in her family so it is up to her to participate in the Choosing, where the werewolves come to town every 20 yrs to find virgin mates. In doing so, they protect the town and the people and this Pact has been going on for 150 yrs.Our Alpha, Greyson Burke, is mighty impressed with Arabelle and she is chosen by him even before the Choosing ceremony.
What do You think about Chosen By The Alpha (2014)?
This was an interesting opening to The Pack Rules series. Looking forward the next book.
