I seriously loved this book. I read it in one day pretty much in 2 sittings. From the writing style to the story to the characters. It really struck a chord with me not just as a Christmas book but as really a life lesson book. There is so much I wanna say about the book but it's so easy to give away it's secrets. Just gotta read it and figure it out. It really touched me in ways that I see in my own life that need fixed. Specially during this Christmas season where things can be so tough. I do belive in Christmas miracles and this book is one of them. Read it! I really wanted to read this book after reading an interview with Glenn Beck in which he talked about some of the deeply personal history that inspired it. I blame his ghost writers, the final passage and end note, in which Beck speaks in his own voice, read much more intelligently than the semi-fictional story. And can't we be given the experience of being changed by God without the appearance of a mysterious wise old man? And don't get me started on dreams within dreams!
What do You think about Christmas Sweater (2008)?
Pretty good lesson a thirteen yr old kid learned.
