Much better than his first book (Dolphins). This one had a common theme to tie all the separate comic strips together:cats. Some pieces were more hilarious than others, which is to be expected with any form of comedy. But the entire time, I was thinking about how many Cat people I know who would appreciate and relate to this book. I would definitely purchase a copy or two to give away as gifts for anyone who has a cat or hates cats. Finally got to finish reading this! Picked it up in person from Matthew Inman at NY Comic Con 2012, my "bachelorette party" trip with my mom the week before I got married. One of my greatest life accomplishments: made Matthew Inman laugh! even on a very busy Comic Con day.His cartoons are great, and I never skip a single one on the internet. First book. Glad to throw him a little $$ support. Mom bought a tshirt, and a friend bought tshirts for both me and Jeff as a wedding gift. Yay, The Oatmeal!Very amusing, about cats, what's not to love. Potentially good to leave out where other people can flip through when they're sitting bored at your coffee table. We'll see :)
Didn't realize that this was a graphic novel when I requested it. Didn't find it that funny.
