If i could have gave thins book -5 stars i would. The story just so weak and boring. And what happens just comes out of nowhere. Seriously Cathy what the heck where you thinking. One twin just got out of the hospital so the other one has to go to the emergency room too? What? If your trying to send a message about people with eating disorders good for you, but then write a book about it because after reading Summer's Dream i don't think i will ever be able to even look at another The Chocolate Box Girls. The only thing that is keeping me to the books is hoping and praying that there will be a book about Honey.I guess i have to be fair and say why i hated it1.There really wasn't enough character development for Summer either; She didn't show and learning point or have much depth as a character. 2.There is a big drop(on the scale of how good a book is) from the 2nd and 3rd book.No one have much important dialogue and it didn't seem well written. There was a lot of plain "she said" in the book which was kinda boring3.It doesn't relate in any way to what she was like in the first and second book other that "Summer likes dance".Her character wasn't amazing to begin with but she was still a god character. In this book she was just so dry...i can't even explain her tastelessness. The only reason i read it to the end is because i want to read a book about Honey and her rage and there might be an important fact in one of the books. All and all awful book and total waste of time.I know this i s a harsh review but it was a really bad book....
What do You think about Coeur Mandarine (2000)?
