Comment J'ai Cuisiné Mon Père, Ma Mère ... Et Retrouvé L'amour (2014) - Plot & Excerpts
If you've never sat down to read a book and waited and waited for the last page to come so you could finally move on to a different book… Then you probably wouldn't understand. Honestly, it was not my favorite book. There were parts that I really enjoyed… I like the authors sarcastic dry humor. But even that got a bit repetitive over time. I feel like the book dragged on a bit. I really liked the premise and I like Andy's personality… But it was a little bit too gory for me I picked this book up when Borders was closing because I liked the cover and everything was 75% off. Looking back, I would've bough it regular price. Hell. I'd probably buy it twice. It's that good. This was the first book I'd read by S.G. Browne, but it certainly wasn't the last. It turned me in to a huge fan. Well, an active reader and Twitter follower. It's funny, sad, satirical, and smart. It has romance, gore, and politics. And gore. And more humour. Best of all, it has a really great plot.
