Emmy had to slowly let Nathaniel in on who she really was and then He remember seeing her that night. They discussed it but she would go slow with him. When he is alone in her place he finds room locked and she told him he wasn’t ready to go in it yet but why she was gone he couldn’t help sneek a look and what he saw scared him and he wonder if he will be able to handle being a sub. What will happen with his company as they were still looking for the reason why the derailment happen? I was gifted this book for my honest review and I am a big fan BDSM books and I am loving this new series and cant wait for book 2 Ready for some super sexy times? Because get ready.I don't read a ton of erotica, and, frankly, it generally makes me laugh the entire time I'm reading it. But this book? The sex scenes were well done. They were super hot and sexy, not just a little steam. This is a book about BDSM. Put your expectations in that zone. I also wanted to note that every sex scene had purpose and didn't feel thrown in just because, which isn't usually the case, in my experience. I LOVE EMMY. I love her. I was curious as to what happened in her life to drive her to the place she's in, but I'm so in love with how capable she is. She's driven and determined, sometimes to a fault, all things I can relate to. She makes things happen just by sheer will. I've seen a few reviews of this book bashing it for the cliffhanger ending. Guess what? The second book is out, so let me give you a hint: BUY BOTH BOOKS AT ONCE. You will want to pick up the second right away, and this, my friends, is not a bad thing. Not by a long shot.
