Such a great story on marriage. It shows the painful truth of the difficulty of marriage and when trust is lost, what can be done for reconciliation. Reconciliation is key but most painful. I liked the dicipleship shown, the true role of the church and realizing that truth is something that must be pursued. Charles the husband that cheated on his wife, had to come to the truth of why he cheated in the first place. His wife had to come to the realization of not denying what happen but truly forgive and work out her own misconceptions. Anyone reading this and is a follower of Christ, will be blessed reading this, no matter the condition of your marriage or if you are single. A great example of Christians struggling and seeing Christ. This book is a snap shot of what happens when the fabric of marriage is torn by infidelity. As a man, i identified with the husband a whole lot and i got to understand what the women go through, at such times.If you have been the perpetrator of infidelity, read this book to open up your heart to change. If you have been on the receiving end of infidelity, read this book to learn what true forgiveness looks like and how to deal with the pain of an unfaithful spouse / partner.Above all, read it to see the invisible hand of redemption that God weaves out of the muck that is infidelity.
